BIZZY-NAILZ POLICIES 🤍 Please take a moment to read through my policies before booking. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the policies below. 1. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING A $25 deposit is required to reserve your appointment and is applied toward your service total. (Every appointment) Cancellations or rescheduling requests made LESS than 48 hours BEFORE your appointment will result in the loss of your $25 deposit. For cancellations or rescheduling made 48+ hours in advance, you may choose to have your deposit refunded or transferred to your next appointment. I understand that life happens, and I will always do my best to work with you when unexpected circumstances arise. 2. GRACE PERIOD A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. Please keep in mind that I may have another client scheduled after you, so arriving late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule. **If you know you are going to be late, please send me a text as soon as possible. 3. NO-CALL / NO-SHOW If you do not show up for your appointment and do not communicate with me before or after your appointment, you will NOT be eligible to book future appointments with Bizzy-Nailz. I will always make an effort to reach out if you miss your appointment before taking any further action. 4. PRICING & PAYMENT Payment is due at the end of your service. Accepted payment methods: * Cash * Credit/Debit Card * Venmo If you’re unsure which service to book or would like a price quote, feel free to message me with your inspiration photo and I’ll be happy to help! 5. SERVICE & REMOVAL POLICY I specialize in Russian Manicures, Builder Gel, Gel-X, and natural nail growth/maintenance. I do not perform removals of another nail technician’s work unless specifically approved beforehand. If you arrive with nail enhancements on from another tech I reserve the right to refuse service at that time. Please send me a photo of your current nails if you are unsure which service to book. 6. HEALTH & SAFETY For your safety, please disclose any known allergies, sensitivities, or conditions that may affect your nail service. I reserve the right to refuse or modify a service if I believe it may pose a risk to your health or the health of your natural nails. This may include, but is not limited to, suspected gel allergies, significant nail separation, open sores, signs of infection, or green discoloration of the nail. 7. REFUNDS & SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS Services are non-refundable. If you experience an issue with your nails, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment. I will be happy to assess the issue and, when appropriate, make an adjustment to the original service. 8. GUESTS & CHILDREN Please arrive alone for your appointment. Due to the limited space, for safety and sanitation purposes, additional guests and children are NOT permitted. 9. MINORS I do NOT provide nail services to anyone under 18 years of age. 10. PHONE USE Please keep phone use to a minimum during your service. Excessive movement or phone use can interfere with the precision of your manicure and may result in dust, lint, or other particles getting onto the nails. 11. CLEANLINESS & SANITATION Your health and safety are extremely important to me. All tools and surfaces are properly cleaned and disinfected between clients, and disposable items are used when appropriate. Please arrive with clean hands and let me know if you have any concerns before your service begins. 12. APPOINTMENT-ONLY Bizzy-Nailz is appointment-only. Walk-ins are not accepted. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, so please arrive on time and be prepared for your scheduled service. 13. Privacy Policy: Your private information, including but not limited to appointment history, payment details, and/or health concerns, will be securely stored in the salon database.
